The hotel offers a great stay with top views and all the necessary amenities. The furnishings are impressive, and being part of a larger complex adds convenience. However, there are some service issues that could be improved, and additional fees may catch you off guard.
The hotel is located in a great spot with excellent access to the beach, ideal for kids to enjoy boogie boarding and the amazing experience of swimming with sea turtles. The rooms were a bit dark due to limited windows but provided a cozy atmosphere, though lack of ventilation made them hot. The service was satisfactory, with staff showing pride in maintaining the property, especially evident in the beautifully kept gardens, pool area, and BBQ facilities.
I stayed on the 5th floor with a lovely view of the sea. The room had a small inaccessible window over the closet, making it quite dark during the day. Despite that, the room offered a good kitchen, lounge, bedroom, and balcony, providing a terrific view.
The hotel is ideally located, providing easy access to everything we needed, including beautiful beaches. The rooms were equipped with all essentials for our stay in Kiehi and were in good condition. The hard-working staff members were engaging and encouraging for a pleasant stay, although they were cutting branches at night near the pool. We were advised to choose our unit carefully to avoid any potential disappointments. The dining experience offered delicious wood-fired pizzas. Overall, a convenient choice for a beach vacation.
